Its great. Checks the ability of an individual to lead projects understand and recreate business process. Ability to use ppts and visio etc is also checked. Interview happens in multiple rounds.

Multiple rounds, one of which is a case study project. You must create power point presentation while you are sharing your screen. Creation of chart during a set time period.

Interview
Two 30 minute Zoom interviews with at least two other consultants at various levels within the company. After this you will move on to the first business case (30 minutes), which is process oriented. If you pass, you move on to the final interview (1 hour), which includes a presentation and a panel discussion.
