Red River Support Engineer interview questions

I applied through the website. I got a call wanting to schedule a phone interview about three weeks later. I did the phone interview. I was asked numerous questions regarding my technical (Cisco networking) and professional background. After the phone interview, I was told that a technical interview was to be scheduled. I never heard anything back. I called about two weeks later to follow up. After leaving a voicemail, I received a rejection email. I thought the process at Red River could have been more professional. I wished the recruiter would have followed up, instead of me doing all the leg work.
