It started with a phone interview which went well. Next I had a project to complete. Finally I had a half day onsite interview which had a variety of different interview tactics.

Interview
Currently in the interview process. Had a phone screen, presently involved in the technical assessment. If it goes well, we will move on to an on-site interview. Not sure what topics will be covered in the on-site, but so far I've had creative freedom with the technical assessment.

Interview
My first call was with a recruiter that lasted 30 min. The recruiter basically described the position and asked a little about my background. Then a 30-45 min interview with the lead engineer of the team.
