Received email for screening. Was told I'd have a 2nd, but I needed to reach out to them, because I didn't hear back in a week as promised. Had 2nd interview and was told I'd hear something next week. Again I needed to reach out. I kept having to contact them. Interview process screening was on the phone, 2nd was live. After several emails weekly from me, I may have come across as too persistent. Almost 3 weeks before I was told no. I was more than qualified for this position. I was told they decided to move this position into another role, yet the position was published again 2 days ago! I really was hoping to land this position with my skill set and the love of this company. After people take the time to interview, they do not want to be ghosted either. My time is just as valuable. More transparency is needed. I'm at a loss for words since I've done this exact position before and would have been a good fit. Seasoned and trainable.
