Spoke to a recruiter on the phone. Then applied on the website. Then was asked to complete a video interview (really weird and the reason I say this was a "difficult" interview. The video part was stressful and a little confusing, countdown clocks make it hard to think clearly, and the hiring manager I spoke to said they disliked them as well and were in the process of finding another interview system), then was offered a position after recruiter and hiring managing team reviewed video interview.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
