All initial interviews are done from the Seattle office. HR department does the initial interview and they grade you on a A-F scale. Most interviews have no clue about the actual position you are applying for nor the city that you are working in. Interviewers are younger aged staff members reading from a script.

Initial interview by phone, 2nd interview with local manager by zoom and 3rd with Market manager by zoom. Overall, insightful and informative process. They are looking for top notch agents so I appreciate the thorough interview process
Pretty easy and straightforward. Interviews are held through video because of covid. I was recruited and interviewed with the recruiter. Then you are invited to meet with the regional manager and the sales manager.

Interview process was rigorous and thorough. A panel of at least 2 people taking turns asking questions and for real life examples of various scenarios. It's not a place you decide to hang your license and then start working. They really vet you to make sure you are a good fit. They weigh in heavily on your competitive qualities.
