I received an email with a link to answer aprox 5 questions in video format. You answer each question via video one at a time. You are given up 3 tries per question before having to submit each video. If selected you’ll talk with manger of the area formally and it was determine through this conversation if it’s good fit.

They asked why you became agent and asked about what you’ve learned or find helpful with using the Redfin website. It’s been awhile since I had the interview and the most difficult part for me at least was making sure the lighting and angle of the camera was right. The question weren’t to difficult.

Video interview which had timers on questions. Had a in person interview with Hannah where I answered all questions over again. I think they look for key words in your answers which is just annoying and will cut a large portion of good people off their roster. I then had a chance to ask my own questions regarding Redfin. I asked retention rate, previous office located near Baltimore City, average work week hours, etc and the answer to all my questions was "I dont know." "I dont know" and "I dont know" which left me extremely disappointed and insulted that I drove to come in and do an interview with someone who couldnt answer basic questions about the company that they work for.
