Their interview process is extensive. I interviewed with 10 people including a recruiter, hiring manager, VP and then a 7-8 person loop. Plus, they assigned a homework project to complete.

Every interviewer asked "Why Redin?" so be prepared to answer that question.
Antiquated and lengthy. Need to modernize the process. Process took over a month and met way too many people. Recruiter was great. Questions were very repetitive and some had nothing to do with the actual role.
The interview process was pretty standard and flowed smoothly. There were no surprises. The interview team was friendly and good to work with. They're real professionals and do an excellent job of moving the interviews along.
