Interview
Recruiter contacted me regarding open position. Scheduled phone conversation for later in the week which lasted about an hour. Recruiter contacted again the following week to schedule a time to speak with area manager. That meeting was set about a week later and was another phone conversation for about an hour. Recruiter contacted me about two weeks later to say the process was ongoing and that I would be contacted in one to two weeks regarding next step in process. About two more weeks passed before recruiter called to say they had decided on another candidate.

Interview
Interviewing process was pretty extensive. I had 5 interviews over 5 weeks. First interview was a telephone interview with the recruiter, 2nd was on Skype with Regional Director, 3rd/4th was in personal outside of my state with two managers (individual interviews) and the 5th was a telephone interview with a Senior Executive. Whew! The process went smoothly and I was offered the position within a week of the final interview.
