A recruiter reached out for a phone screen and I thought it went well...she made me feel like she was interested in me but I guess not. I didn’t get a call back. Just for an email saying I didn’t get the job and I was surprised.

Questions were repeated. Very professional. People were nice. Took a week to get back to me on if I got the job. Decided to go with someone else with more experience...but I had plenty, so that felt like a cop-out.
