I submitted an online application, and received an email from the recruiter 5 days later. I had an initial 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter. One week later, the recruiter reached back out to schedule a second phone interview with the hiring manager. After responding with my availability, I did not hear back from the recruiter, but received an unscheduled call from the hiring manager for the interview the next morning. I wish I would have had the opportunity to prepare.

The interview process is very intensive; I had 5 interviews and 2 assignments over the course of 3 weeks, and each stage of the process seemed designed to test a diverse set of skills. It's super clear that they want to hire the right people, and for good reason - they're a fantastic mission-driven company and all of the employees I spoke with were genuinely nice, smart, fun, and dedicated to recreating the real estate business. They were interviewing me as much as I was interviewing them, and by the end of the process I was more excited about starting my first job out of college than I had ever hoped to be.
