This review is specifically regarding the Redington Turkey branch. The process took about a month. It started professionally with a recruiter screen and a technical interview with the Team Leader covering AWS topics. After that, the process turned into a complete joke due to the local HR Director. They scheduled a 3rd stage meeting with the HR Director. I waited 15 minutes, but nobody showed up. I called the assistant, who promised to check and call back but never did. After waiting for another full hour with zero response (wasting 1 hour and 15 minutes of my time in total), I finally emailed them to say I was leaving. Hours later, the HR Director blamed a 'technical issue' and rescheduled. At the second meeting time, the recruiter called me 3 minutes after the meeting started, saying the HR Director was pulled into a sudden meeting with the CEO and Sales Director. They didn't even know the purpose of their own meeting when I asked if it was an offer stage. We finally had the meeting weeks later. It lasted exactly 19 minutes. 4 minutes were spent on apologies, and only 15 minutes on generic, useless HR questions. After all this disrespect for my time, they completely ghosted me. No offer, no rejection, just silence. The technical team seemed fine, but the HR management at the Redington Turkey branch is highly unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates' time.
