I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Redington Group (Chennai)
Interview
Interview was based in such a way to analyse your professional skills ie your basic knowledge and your personality. There were three round which had a combination of both technical and attitude testing.There was no HR round. The whole interview process got over in almost two hours. It takes a week for the next process to begin.
