I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Redington Group (Chennai) in Nov 2015

Interview

I had two rounds of interview, one with Business Lead and other with the Technical Lead. Business Lead tried to understand what am I worth for and Technical Lead tried to understand what my technical skills are, none of the questions were technical as both of them understood what knowledge I have on the technology.
