I applied through the college the selection process starts from group decision and then Hr interview . The group discussion topic is “how can we convert no into yes” they selected ten students from the college

Introduce yourself and some basic marketing questions
First GD then two rounds of interview . First one will be technical and then there will be hr interview . If you are MT position then based on the crowd test will be kept

Interview
The company came to campus for hiring students. It was pool campus drive so around 400 students were present. It started with an aptitude round followed by group discussion and two rounds of personal interviews.
