I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reformation (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
There are three rounds to the interview process:1.group interview2.work trial (work in the store for free for two hours)3.interview with corporate management
I did not get to the third interview step. I did not work with management in my two hours and I did not get any feedback on how I did during the work trail. Management is terrible with communication don't waste time emailing because no one responds.
One group interview in person. Very informal and conversational, just getting to know you and making sure you are a good fit for brand and customer facing role. They were good about making sure everyone got the chance to speak and facilitating a positive group environment.

Interview
Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
Super quick and typical. Met with one of the Sales Supervisors and was asked typical questions like how to deal with certain customer scenarios and how I work with a team.
