The process took about 2 weeks and it seemed like the interviewer was unprepared for the interview. After, applying online I was contacted within the week for a phone interview. First, she was over 30 min late for the interview and then had me basically read my resume to her. I tried to make the best of it but it was awkward. She told me she would get back to me within a week and I never heard from her. I sent two emails to her and NOTHING. I've never seen this before. I don't mind not getting the job but to have someone be unprofessional enough as to not even say it by email is crazy.
