I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reformation (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
I did four interviews over the course of two months. I then received an email from another store manager for a different location asking me to come in for an interview because the original store I applied to went with another candidate. Went in and did my fourth interview which was very quick. A couple of weeks after I was told I did not get the position. I waited almost three months to be told no.
Pretty easy and straight forward. You spoke with the store manager first and from there interview with the director. Took about two weeks total to go from one interview to the next and to hear if you were offered the job or not.
