It was a group interview. They started asking normal interview questions. Then they handed us a piece of paper that had some mock emails for us to respond to. They left the room and came back a few minutes later with some ridiculous questionnaire with questions that had absolutely no relation to the position or company. They left the room again and directed us to the lobby after we were done to turn in our papers. That was it. They left no time for questions nor did they seem engaged in the interview process at all.
Group interview, regular interview questions, 2 assessments during interview. It took about an hour to finish the whole process. The communication between the managers and candidates is good. The pay for this role is very low.
