Asked alot of questions, mainly about Ref, only made it one round. Pretty average interview, she told me her role and explained her history with the brand. took 5 days from application to interview

How would you explain Ref's mission in sustainability to customers, What are your plans for the future and what are your expectations for Ref, What will you do to ensure that employees are included and how will you contribute to an inclusive workplace?
