Group interview with a group of 8 other girls, and they ask questions and you all go around and answer them. Pretty annoying to be the first girl at the table to answer and lucky to be the last one to answer.
It was a group interview held at their factory location. If you are doing it you should probably dress on brand with their image. They go around asking everyone the same question and you just answer it right after another.

Interview
Applied online, and got scheduled for an interview a day later. Interviewed with the store manager and the assistant manager. Got called back for a second interview with the district manager. Both interviews were group interviews with other people. They make it seem like a casual open environment but in fact, it was very distracting to go back and forth between one candidate and the other.
It does seem like they did not really know what it is they really wanted in a candidate as they asked many questions to gauge our personality but did not have specific requirements pertaining to the job.
