Came in for my interview, 2 managers were in the room with me only 1 was asking the questions mainly. Pretty easy and laid back, asked me about good and bad customer service experiences I've had and what I think excellent customer service is.

Was interviewed at the cinema. and in addition to getting asked your run of the mill questions, you get asked a bunch of less formal questions like what brings you to a cinema and your favorite movie, which is a huge relief. I got offered the position at the end of the interview so I would say it's a very easy and quick process.
