Virtual interview is conducted then hiring manager will select U based on the resume and then u will be interviewed by him/her
U can except to hear back decision within 3-4 weeks after the interview
It's very slow and it takes a long time to hear back from them. However, it is easy to communicate with them about the process and the company during interview
