I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regeneron (Rensselaer, NY)
Interview
Had an initial phone screen, lasted about 10 minutes. Basic questions about the job expectations (they'll ask if you feel comfortable working weekends/holidays, lifting heavy objects, and a few other random questions). Then was called back for an on-site interview in Rensselaer. If you are interviewing for Clinical Manufacturing your interview will be longer than Large Scale Manufacturing. I had six 30 minute interviews with varying levels of leadership. Only two were 1 on 1, the others were with 2 or 3 managers. The questions were both behavioral and technical, leaning more towards the behavioral side. They will also ask for your shift preferences. Be honest, if you don't want to work weekends, then don't say you will work that shift. I heard back less than 2 weeks later with an offer. Your offer call will include the shift you are chosen for.

Question 1
Describe a time you had difficulty working with a group. How did you solve it?
V well organised interview process with members of both the manufacturing department and hr department. Everyone was very friendly and put me really at ease- really felt they wanted to hear what I had to say and were genuinely interested
Phone screen followed by a panel interview several weeks later. Panel was 5 or 6 30 minute sessions with 1 or 2 managers of varying levels in the manufacturing department.
First there is a phone call, then 2 interviews, mine were on the same day with an hour break in between. They email you material after the phone call interview, a lot of the questions were based on that information
