There was a phone screening which then led to an on-site interview at Rensselaer. I was given a specific time frame to enter the campus (believe this is so no interviewees make contact). I was greeted by a very polite woman who took me to my interview room which I stayed in the entire time. Very long interview. You sit behind the desk in the room and different groups (anywhere from 1 - 3 people) enter the room and ask questions for about 15 minutes each. Each group accessed different aspects of your personality, general abilities, etc. Great opportunity to meet the employees of all levels and jobs within the facility.
