The process was long and horrible. HR contact was slow and inconsistent with questionable tactics. HR would contact people I never provided and ask concerning questions. The entire interview system is entirely behavioral with everyone asking the same question over and over. The interviews took place over multiple days. Regeneron is slow and does not seem to have a grasp of what they want in the hiring process. HR will use questionable tactics to ask for employment references then ask those people if they are interested in applying for the position. The interviews are rarely technical and the people I spoke to did not seem to enjoy working there. There were also questions about how you deal with backstabbing which was concerning because it seems like the culture there.

Question 1
We sometimes have coworkers who might go behind our backs to get what they need or want. What would you do?
The interview has multiple steps with an initial interview with HR followed by an interview with your perspective supervisor. Its very fair, and relevant to the position. Just be yourself and you will be okay.
HR call followed by HM interview, and a full panel interview with a 1hr presentation. HR said would ask for 5 references if one was selected after the full panel interview. And also were saying something like we value your time and would follow up within 2 weeks or so just to give you updates... I went through the full panel interview months ago. But never heard back since then. I sent an email to HR to follow up, the HR said they would call, but never did. I guess I was not selected, but it was not very professional to just ghost candidates like this.

a time you have conflict with your manager, how did you deal with it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Regeneron (Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
First was just a screening call with HR and then a scheduled virtual interview with the hiring manager. Next was an onsite panel interview with a presentation and the final round was an interview with the department’s VP. Overall a good experience, asked fair technical questions and questions about my working style. They tried to make the process quick and easy, which was appreciated, with an official offer sent less than a week after the final interview.
