Regeneron Process Sciences Associate (Cell Culture) interview questions

I applied on the website and received an e-mail a month later from the talent acquisition specialist. The phone interview was set up with the hiring manager. The interview was about the position, the duties, the company, and my background. Asked pretty typical question, such as tell me a time when.... However, he was more interested in my background and experiences from my resume, like cell culturing and lab work. Overall, I thought the interview went okay. About two weeks later, I get an e-mail saying I did not move forward in the hiring process.
