Contacted first by a recruiter for a screening interview. She was excellent and had working with the company on several placements. Phone interview with manager, ok. Then, one thing I really liked is they used video conferencing, which is one of their offerings, for the interview. Interview with other manager and VP - OK. Didn't respect starting time - they were early - as in 20 minutes early - so I think that didn't show a lot of respect - but could have been worse.
