Interview
You have to enter your profile online, afterwords if they are interested they will call you for an interview (they do not have any HR People so you will probably do it with a general or Area Manager as I did). After waiting for a reply I got a call from another Area Manager asking if I had head any news from the other colleague, which I hadn't. He said he would check and call me back, that never happened. Minutes after I got an email from the Area Manager I had the interview with rejecting me "because they found someone better" (when they apparently were looking for more than one person). She had forgotten to write me back.
They have serious communication problems.

Interview
