I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regus in Jul 2013
Interview
Received a call from a recruiter about a role that I applied to online and had a brief conversation before setting up an interview with the hiring manager (VP). Interview went well, nothing out of the ordinary for Director roles. We talked about market development, new markets opening, and such. Feedback after the interview was quick.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (London, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online, then contacted almost immediately by the poster of the role. Telephone interview, and I was told the process could take about 2-3 weeks as I was one of the early applicants. When I followed up (and after a delay), I was informed that a 'colleague' had interviewed and offer the role to someone else, whilst the person supposedly managing the recruitment was on vacation! I don't think this company knows what it is doing!
