I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied online and did the video interview questions. After around a week I received an email for an interview over teams. Everything went smooth and I had my hopes up as I thought interview went very well and was told I will get a call by the end of the week. However, nobody called, so the next week I sent email to the manager I had interview with, and still no reply. Waited 1 more week and sent another email copying the recruiter who originally set up the teams interview. And still no reply.....Then after 3 weeks I received an automated response to say I am not successful, after which a response to my two emails followed by a third person to apologise for the delay in the response....I felt very disappointed as I was really keen on the job but not anymore...

Interview
I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process due to unclear communication and lack of transparency.
I received an interview invitation from a no-reply email address, which made it difficult to ask for clarification. The invitation stated that the interview type would be “Telephone/Online Interview,” but instead of providing a meeting link (such as Zoom or Google Meet), it included a physical address. This created confusion about whether the interview would be conducted online or in person.
Additionally, the interview invitation was sent only one day prior (H-1), and just a few minutes before the end of their working hours. This left very limited time to prepare or seek clarification.
On the day of the interview, I did not receive any further communication or instructions. There was no follow-up email, no call, and no meeting link provided. Surprisingly, the next day I received a rejection email stating that I was unsuccessful, without having had the chance to attend any interview.
Overall, the process felt unorganized and lacked clear communication. I hope the company can improve their recruitment process by providing clearer instructions, proper contact channels, and timely communication to candidates.
It was okay, average. You have to take a lot of tests and they check for past experiences. Working culture is fine but depends on the country and your center.
Application process felt smooth and easy overall. Communication was clear, timelines were reasonable, and the team followed up fairly quickly with updates, making the experience straightforward and well organized professional.
