I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (Sydney) in Jun 2014
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with the general manager who came from Switzerland down to the Sydney office. After the phone interview, I was advised that a personal interview will be conducted in the following week.
I had to follow up with email correspondences to remind the GM that he advised me of a schedule by that week and I have yet to receive one. GM said he was all worked up with meetings and all that so that seemed understandable. Personal interview was finally scheduled. It was a panel interview with two senior Customer Service Representatives and the General Manager. Several questions were asked in relation to your ability to multi-task and what you can bring to the role. I was toured around the branch and was then advised again that I'll take up a 2-hour work trial.
The 2-hour work trial came and I did witness a lot of things. I was able to do multiple things with the role. I felt that I got the job since the senior CSR advised me that I might start a week after and just wait for the email of the GM. Another week went by, GM then asked me if I was still interested for the role which I eagerly said, "yes."
A week and so passed by (again) and I was always touching base with the GM to be updated of the progress of my application. He advised that he'll give me an outcome within the week of my email. In total, a month had already went by from my actual application, and I was then told that, "the position was placed on hold." That I should contact them by the end of the month when the position resumes. I got a better offer in another organisation then and can no longer add two more gruesome weeks of waiting.
In summary, the process are of the ff.:
1) Email confirmation scheduling a phone interview
2) Initial phone interview with the General Manager
3) Panel Interview
4) Work Trial
5) They should have hired you here but the process was painstaking.
The job title of Customer Service Representative is kinda misleading as this is only for the purpose of the salary range. The job entails reception duties, courier management, hospitality duties (i.e. making client coffees, bringing new drinking glasses, etc.), appointment settings, first-level technical telephony and VoIP troubleshooting. I must say that micromanagement reigns in this workplace.
Situational question: You're alone in the reception and the phone rings, a client just came up to you and the lounge area is a mess, what would you do?

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Regus (Amsterdam) in Aug 2022
Interview
