The interview was very thorough and prompt. I met with recruiting, the SVP of the department and two other colleagues that I would be working with in my new job. The SVP asked great questions, listened intently and was open to suggestions that I recommended. The other two people did not have a huge background in my specific field so they appeared to be there to assess my personality and to see if I was a fit for the organization.
