Not relevant. They asked me what my supervisor would say about me from a company I worked at 15 yrs ago, which to me is not relevant to the role whatsoever. in 20+ yrs of HR I've never seen this type of process. We spent 1.5+ hours answering these types of questions and we hardly spoke about the goals of the role I was interviewing for.
