Relation Insurance Services Human Resources Role interview questions

I interviewed with eight different people on three different dates, mostly in groups of two or three. A very basic review of my work history in all of them. At the end, with about 8 hours invested, I received a form email with a rejection—not even so much as an edit to include the job title. Two of the eight folks responded to thank you emails during this time. It sounds like their HR struggles with not being prioritized by the organization, and comments insinuated that they are not given the budget and authority to manage competitive benefits (for example only offering a HDHP outside of CA despite their industry). Their absent and insincere communication is a bit startling for an HR department.
