Interview
The process consisted of technical phone interviews, an in-person technical interview and white boarding session, as well as a thorough follow up on references. Overall, it was a fairly smooth and fast moving process. The technical team at Ascension is definitely very capable, which was a bit intimidating, but everyone was exceptionally polite.
