Relativity Digital Marketing Manager interview questions

Applied for the position through LinkedIn, three weeks later I received an email from their internal recruiter. She sent me a link to a video interview site that was to be completed by the end of the week and set up a time to touch base the following week. The video interview portion consisted of five generic questions (ideal manager, most difficult project) which I completed by their deadline. The following week, during our pre-arranged phone interview, the recruiter didn't call or notify me of a schedule change. The next day I received an email from her stating that they were moving on to different candidates. I had concerns about this company due to the negative reviews on Glassdoor but now I am positive that they have company-wide issues. Even if it's still an employers' market, the way this company treated my interview was incredibly unprofessional.
