The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
Unrealistic issue resolution expected. No formal process and interview was all over with irrelevant questions not in sync with job description. They were too detail oriented for QA. QA Manager communication and the behavior is very out of line. it seems as if they want you to give a solution for the issues without knowing the application. they are interviewing all the candidate and getting their issue resolution feedback and they using it for them self. they are not selecting anybody. work place to work. QA manager is the worst manager to work with.

I applied online. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2013
Interview
Was talked to by a lead QA, the director of QA, and a senior developer manager. Each person talked to me for about a half hour. Even though I did not know about SQL I was able to pseudo-code what I would write if I was writing a SQL statement.
