My process was ~3 weeks from initial phone screen to offer. I spoke with the recruiter for roughly 30 minutes followed by the hiring manager for 30 minutes. Both of these interviewers were informative as well as general fit screening. The next phase involved meeting ~6 Relativity folks in diverse departments/roles. These were typically 1:1 interviews. All but 1 was onsite in the same day (5+ hours). The final interview as face-to-face with the department's executive (1 hour).
The experience was fantastic. The recruiting team was invested in ensuring: 1) I was well informed about the company and role; 2) I was well prepared for interviews; and 3) I received prompt feedback after each interview round.
I was asked situational questions that stem from the company's values. I was also asked to talk about key decisions I made to shape my career; e.g. why I transitioned from companies; why I developed in a particular path. One interview focused on my tech competencies; tools and processes. My conversations with the hiring manager and executive were focused on discussions about the role, opportunities/challenges/etc.
