I was asked many standard behavioral questions, as well as questions about my specific interests and strengths, and some softballs to make sure I understand design thinking and the design process. The second two interviewees were great.
I didn't have such a great experience with the first person, the hiring manager. His demeanor was very cold, and the way he phrased several questions made me wonder why I was asked for an interview. For example, I was asked to basically defend why I thought I could do the job when much of my previous experience is "just" web design. It was very dismissive of my experience, and a little adversarial.
