I did not get through the entire interview process. They want an experienced GIS Tech to come work for them for 27.00 an hour. I asked if the pay was negotiable, and was to that it is not. Even the woman I spoke acknowledged that is hardly a living wage for our area. She was nice. I did not pursue job further.
