Interview
I applied online. The next morning they sent me an email to take an English test. After that, they called me to schedule my interview. The interview was in fact a group interview with other 7 candidates from different backgrounds. We had to repeat the English test in case someone faked it. After that, we started the 'group interview' and we were told we were working in a business, and we had to solve the problem (organizing a Moto GP race). The whole interview was in English.
The biggest negative part was the HR people. They were extremely rude to all the candidates and were even using their phones (we assumed Whatsapp) during the discussion group.
Note: the HR people weren't Repsol employees but Universia employees working for Repsol.

Interview
Llamada telefonica para preguntarte un poco sobre ti y luego mandan cuestionario , entrevista y prueba de razonamiento por email para realizar. Aparte de que luego dicen de evaluar el ingles.
It was an interview with the hiring manager, interactive with a couple of behavioral questions and some resume based questions. The manager was friendly and it wasn't a stressful interview
