Initially I submitted my application on the Republic Airways website (I didn't attend a hiring event.) Within a day or two I was emailed an invitation to complete an assessment. After I submitted it I was emailed an invitation to complete a one way video interview. Once I submitted my video interview I received an email saying they would like to speak to me further about the flight attendant position and sent me dates to complete a phone screening with a recruiter. I was offered a CJO ( conditional job offer) at the end of the call. The video interview consisted of 7 prerecorded questions , you had 2 min to respond with your answer. You must take this seriously, as If you're sitting face to face. So dress the part of a flight attendant. Do your research on YouTube, this website, Republic airways website etc. Overall I think it took about a month and a half or so to receive a conditional job offer.
