I was contacted almost immediately when submitting my resume on career builder. I was hired within two weeks of my first interview. The interview process was pretty standard. I interviewed with two different managers and the staff at both locations were friendly. During the interview I asked what a typical day would be like at Republic and was given an extremely honest and detailed answer. The job was explained very well.
About 30 minutes long. Great attitude. Very clean environment. Walked in and went back to the managers office and we talked about all kinds of things. They are very friendly and personable.

Over the phone interaction, standard array of questions. This process took place over a 30 minute interview, followed by a series of additional interviews. This was also supplemented with additional "exams" and other questionnaires in order to ascertain whether I was a good fit or not.

I first had a phone interview with Branch Manager. I then went into office for an in person interview. It lasted about 30 minutes. I also had a chance to speak with the RVP. I was able to get an offer and accept the job.
