The process started with a phone interview, pretty standard questions, then received an in-person interview request, along with an online personality test. Scheduled the in-person interview in the same week at their Towne Center location. The interview went alright, I didn't feel very qualified for the position though in terms of technical ability. Completed their assignment, and while they assured it had no impact on hiring decisions, I was a little skeptical. Sent the assignment in and was told 2 weeks later that I was not considered for the position.
