Applied and next day received an email for a phone interview. I realized that I was not the right candidate for the position I applied for so I canceled the interview. They got back in touch with me and still wanted to interview me for a different position.

Very relaxed but inquisitive. They really asked important questions to gauge who you were and what you stood for. They wanted to get a feelfor how comfortable you were with cold calling people, and how you would handle financial situations.

Phone interview, then 2 hour process interview with manager, if they like you then you take a math assessment, long waiting period for third interview (about a week) with regional manager I believe.
