Interview
I saw the position on a hiring web sight and signed up online. I was called about a week later for a face to face interview. The interview wasn't very long, about 30 minutes. Then about another 30 minutes filling out paperwork. About two weeks after that I received a call that I got the position.
About 30 minutes long. Great attitude. Very clean environment. Walked in and went back to the managers office and we talked about all kinds of things. They are very friendly and personable.

Why are you interested in this job? What drives you?
Over the phone interaction, standard array of questions. This process took place over a 30 minute interview, followed by a series of additional interviews. This was also supplemented with additional "exams" and other questionnaires in order to ascertain whether I was a good fit or not.

They asked mainly about experience and availability.
I first had a phone interview with Branch Manager. I then went into office for an in person interview. It lasted about 30 minutes. I also had a chance to speak with the RVP. I was able to get an offer and accept the job.
