The interviewer walked through the responsibilities of the role, which centered around customer service, loan processing, and sales-oriented tasks. It felt more like a retail or sales role than traditional finance or banking, which was a bit unexpected. The process was professional and timely, but the position didn’t quite align with my long-term career goals.

The interview process was straightforward and included three stages. It began with an initial screening conversation, followed by a second interview with the branch manager. If selected to move forward, the final round was conducted with the Regional Vice President for that branch.
