Reputation Senior Customer Success Manager interview questions

Basic 20 minute phone screen with recruiter. She was nice but inexperienced. I have almost 20 years of experience and she was asking about where I went to college (nobody really cares at this point in your career). Questions were very generic. After finding out my salary requirements she quickly ended the call. There's always an opportunity to talk more to see if there could be a fit for another role.
