I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Reserv (IL) (Manchester, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Honestly one of the worse interviews I have ever had. There was just one guy in the interview who literally made it very clear he had 4 people after me so it was very rushed. Reiterated my CV back to me and asked me a COUPLE of questions. Dud not ask me anything technical. Then I get a call 2 days later from my recruiter advising I did not get the job due to not being 'technical' enough. I give feedback to the recruiter straight away. The guy who interviewed me had no interest of me being there. It was like he knew already who he wanted for the job. Absolutely appalled.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
'what countries did you travel in asia' 'what is a working day for you like' 'define fraud'
Applied and got an interview request from the recruiter the next day. Received a link and Set up several times for my preferred interview time and got a phone call.
About a week after I applied I got am email from a recruiter with a link to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the recruiter who did not really provide a lot of info, but the salary was terrific. I then interviewed with the hiring manager who asked about 3 questions. That interview went very well and I was advised by the hiring manager that I would get contacted for a 2nd interview. This interview also went very well and I really felt that I was going to get contacted. The 2nd interviewer told me to expect a call from the recruiter. After 2 weeks no response. I emailed the recruiter and was ghosted. I had even sent thank you emails and never received any response.

Interview
Interview conducted on Google Meets. Interviewer did not have their camera on during the interview. Interviewer claims to have 20 years of experience but has only been licensed in P&C since April 2024. A recruiter for a staffing agency reached out to me two days after I interviewed for the same role and I advised that I was not interested after that interview. Probably easily the least professional experience I’ve had with a company.
